2022 Autumn Conferment of Decorations on Foreign Nationals

         On November 3rd, the Government of Japan announced the conferment of decorations to Thai citizens as part of the 2022 Autumn Conferment of Decorations on Foreign Nationals. The details of the Thai recipients of decorations are as follow:
 

Mr. Kittipong Kittayarak

  • Former Permanent Secretary of Ministry of Justice
  • Former Executive Director of the Thailand Institute of Justice
  • Advisor of the Thailand Institute of Justice

Mr. Kittipong is awarded “The Order of the Rising Sun, Gold and Silver Star” for his invaluable contribution to developing the justice system in Thailand and on the international stage.

Mr. Kalin Sarasin

  • Former Chairman of the Thai Chamber of Commerce and Board of Trade of Thailand

Mr. Kalin is awarded “The Order of the Rising Sun, Gold and Silver Star” for his valuable contribution to strengthening economic relations and cordial relations between the Kingdom of Thailand and Japan.

Ms. Kobkarn Wattanavrangkul

  • Former Minister of Tourism and Sports
