         A book of congratulations, on the occasion of His Imperial Highness the Crown Prince Naruhito’s Accession to the Throne as the 126th Emperor of Japan will be open as follows:
 

1. Period

          Date:    May 1 – 3, 2019
          Times:   10:00 – 12.00 hours
                        14.00 – 16.00 hours
 

2. Place

         On the second floor of the Consular Office and Japan Information Service Building, the Embassy of Japan, 177 Witthayu Road, Lumphini, Pathum Wan, Bangkok 10330.
(The Embassy is located between Lumphini Police Station and MRT Lumphini Station, Witthayu Road.)
 
         Please remember that the book of congratulations will be open at different times from the Consular Affairs and Japan Information Services working hours.
         You will be required to present an identification card for security reasons at the front gate of the Consular and Japan Information Service Building.
